It’s time to clear out all the shit in your life. You know, the stuff you’ve been meaning to throw away, donate, give back to someone, sell, etc.
Unfollow people who you don’t support or whose beliefs/interests don’t align with yours anymore.
Throw away old bills (after making sure they’re paid).
Hang up happy pictures, quotes and memories.
Get rid of things that remind you of your exes, old friends, estranged family members, people who no longer mesh with you.
Let all that shit go. Let it go!
How has it been helping you to hold on to it? How will it help you to get rid of it?
It may be scary to part with something, especially if you’ve had it for a long time, but just think of the fresh outlook that will come with getting rid of it.
Clutter stresses us out on top of everything else, so if you’ve been putting off decluttering your space or even your mind, it’s time.
Move some things around. Look at things with a new perspective. Buy some new picture frames or word art or movie posters.
Think about how you can reinvent your space on your terms, whether it’s just a corner of one room or your whole house.
Start small and see where inspiration strikes. You might be surprised by how it all looks in the end.
And don’t forget about your mind. Are there any limiting beliefs or thoughts that are holding you back? How can you get rid of them?
Maybe start journaling for the first time or again. Find some new YouTubers to follow for inspiration. Go to your local library and browse sections you haven’t looked at before.
You never know where you might get inspired for a change in your life, either big or small. Are you ready for it?
